Pour ba\u0302tir un E\u0301tat moderne, il est essentiel de promouvoir la primaute\u0301 des lois, la se\u0301paration des pouvoirs et des me\u0301canismes de contro\u0302le solides.<\/p>\n<p><b>Une justice a\u0300 cre\u0301dibiliser<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Une de\u0301mocratie ne peut prospe\u0301rer sans une justice inde\u0301pendante, impartiale et accessible. Le renforcement de l\u2019e\u0301tat de droit est une exigence pour restaurer la confiance des citoyens.<\/p>\n<p><b>La question identitaire a\u0300 de\u0301passer<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Le vivre-ensemble doit primer sur les appartenances ethniques. La diversite\u0301 guine\u0301enne est une richesse, a\u0300 condition qu\u2019elle ne soit pas instrumentalise\u0301e a\u0300 des fins politiques.<\/p>\n<p><b>Une jeunesse a\u0300 e\u0301couter et valoriser<\/b><\/p>\n<p>La jeunesse guine\u0301enne, dynamique et ambitieuse, attend des re\u0301ponses concre\u0300tes a\u0300 ses aspirations. L\u2019investissement dans l\u2019e\u0301ducation, l\u2019emploi et l\u2019inclusion est une urgence.<\/p>\n<p><b>Une e\u0301conomie a\u0300 diversifier<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Le potentiel e\u0301conomique du pays ne se traduit pas encore en bien-e\u0302tre partage\u0301. Il est temps d\u2019encourager la transformation locale, l\u2019entrepreneuriat et l\u2019innovation pour une croissance inclusive.<\/p>\n<p>La Guine\u0301e n\u2019est pas condamne\u0301e a\u0300 l\u2019immobilisme.
