\u2018\u2019Aujourd\u2019hui, je viens vous parler d\u2019un moment important. Un moment qui touche chacun d\u2019entre nous. Nous lanc\u0327ons la campagne de vulgarisation du projet de nouvelle constitution. Ce texte n\u2019est pas un document re\u0301serve\u0301 a\u0300 certaines cate\u0301gories spe\u0301cifiques de la population ou a\u0300 certaines institutions. C\u2019est votre constitution. Elle vous concerne directement\u2019\u2019, assure le chef du gouvernement.<\/p>\n

Pour Bah Oury, \u2018\u2019le projet de constitution parle de votre vie, de vos droits, de vos devoirs, de notre avenir commun\u2019\u2019, avant de souligner que \u2018\u2019pour la premie\u0300re fois, un projet de constitution exige que chaque citoyen, ou\u0300 qu\u2019il se trouve, puisse comprendre ce texte fondateur. Ce projet de constitution sera traduit dans nos langues nationales, partage\u0301 sur les radios, les re\u0301seaux sociaux, dans les lieux de culte, dans les marche\u0301s, dans les quartiers\u2019\u2019.<\/p>\n

\u2018\u2019Pourquoi cette campagne?\u2019\u2019, se demande le Premier ministre, ajoutant qu\u2019il \u2018\u2019ne peut pas y avoir de de\u0301mocratie sans citoyen bien informe\u0301. Comprendre la constitution est un droit, s\u2019en approprier est une force\u2019\u2019.<\/p>\n
