Africa-Press – Guin\u00e9e. <\/strong><\/span>A quelques jours du re\u0301fe\u0301rendum constitutionnel pre\u0301vu le dimanche 21 septembre, le Premier ministre Bah Oury s\u2019est exprime\u0301 sur France 24. Il a assure\u0301 que le \u00ab Oui \u00bb l\u2019emporterait de manie\u0300re massive et mise sur une \u2018\u2019participation large\u2019\u2019 pour confe\u0301rer une \u201cle\u0301gitimite\u0301 certaine\u201d au scrutin. Il a par ailleurs fustige\u0301 l\u2019attitude des Forces vives de Guine\u0301e qui ont appele\u0301 au boycott.<\/p>\n

Au micro de nos confre\u0300res, Bah Oury a affiche\u0301 une confiance absolue dans l\u2019issue du vote du 21 septembre. \u2018\u2019Cela va de soi que le Oui sera massif et nous cherchons, en plus de cela, une participation large, parce que c\u2019est cela qui va confe\u0301rer une le\u0301gitimite\u0301 certaine a\u0300 la loi fondamentale et a\u0300 la constitution dont la Re\u0301publique de Guine\u0301e va se doter dans les prochains jours\u2019\u2019, a indique\u0301 le chef du gouvernement.<\/p>\n

Les adversaires de la junte ont appele\u0301 au boycott du re\u0301fe\u0301rendum, de\u0301nonc\u0327ant une \u2018\u2019mascarade avec des chiffres fausse\u0301s parce que c\u2019est l\u2019arme\u0301e qui organise ce scrutin\u2019\u2019. Pour eux, les re\u0301sultats seront \u2018\u2019fantaisistes et au service du pouvoir\u2019\u2019.<\/p>\n

Pour Bah Oury, en adoptant une telle posture, \u2018\u2019ils s\u2019avouent de\u0301ja\u0300 vaincus. Mais au-dela\u0300 de cela, au-dela\u0300 du processus de la consultation re\u0301fe\u0301rendaire qui va e\u0302tre effective le 21 septembre prochain, c\u2019est la technique qui a e\u0301te\u0301 mise en place\u2019\u2019.<\/p>\n

Il rappelle que \u2018\u2019nous avons proce\u0301de\u0301 a\u0300 un enro\u0302lement syste\u0301matique d\u2019une fraction non ne\u0301gligeable de la population en a\u0302ge de voter, offrant ainsi la possibilite\u0301 d\u2019avoir tous les e\u0301le\u0301ments concernant l\u2019identification des personnes. Et cela, c\u2019est pour e\u0301viter les recensements administratifs ante\u0301rieurs qui e\u0301taient plus ou moins des me\u0301canismes ou\u0300 la fraude e\u0301tait syste\u0301matique\u2019\u2019.<\/p>\n

Selon lui, dans le processus en cours, \u2018\u2019le fichier e\u0301lectoral est adosse\u0301 sur le fichier d\u2019e\u0301tat civil. Et la\u0300, c\u2019est un e\u0301le\u0301ment extre\u0302mement important qui e\u0301vite les contestations re\u0301currentes qui, par le passe\u0301, avaient provoque\u0301 des troubles\u2019\u2019.<\/p>\n

A ses yeux, \u2018\u2019lorsqu\u2019on dit que c\u2019est une mascarade, cela veut dire que certains ont une ide\u0301e de la Guine\u0301e d\u2019hier, mais pas celle de la Guine\u0301e d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui\u2019\u2019.<\/p>\n
