Africa-Press – Guin\u00e9e. <\/strong><\/span>Lors de la ce\u0301re\u0301monie de lancement du quatrie\u0300me Recensement ge\u0301ne\u0301ral de la population et de l\u2019habitation (RGPH-4), le ministre du plan, de la coope\u0301ration internationale et du de\u0301veloppement, Ismae\u0308l Nabe\u0301, a prononce\u0301 mercredi un discours centre\u0301 sur la planification rigoureuse et la souverainete\u0301 statistique.<\/p>\n

Dans son intervention, il a souligne\u0301 l\u2019importance du recensement en tant qu\u2019outil strate\u0301gique permettant de mieux comprendre la population et d\u2019orienter efficacement les politiques publiques.<\/p>\n

\u2018\u2019Aujourd\u2019hui, la Guine\u0301e ne se contente plus de regarder son avenir. La Guine\u0301e planifie avec me\u0301thode. La Guine\u0301e construit avec rigueur. La Guine\u0301e l\u2019assume avec ambition. Reveler qui nous sommes, combien nous sommes, ou\u0300 nous vivons, le RGPH-4 donne a\u0300 notre nation un outil fondamental, la capacite\u0301 d\u2019agir avec justesse et e\u0301quite\u0301\u2019\u2019 a-t-il de\u0301clare\u0301.<\/p>\n

Poursuivant son allocution, le ministre Nabe\u0301 a mis en avant l\u2019engagement des plus hautes autorite\u0301s du pays pour faire de la statistique un ve\u0301ritable levier de gouvernance.<\/p>\n

\u2018\u2019La statistique publique devient vraiment ce qu\u2019elle pourrait e\u0302tre: non pas une simple fonction administrative, mais un pilier de la souverainete\u0301 nationale et du de\u0301veloppement durable. Compter sa population, ce n\u2019est pas seulement produire des statistiques, c\u2019est affirmer l\u2019existence collective d\u2019un peuple, reconnai\u0302tre chaque citoyen et donner a\u0300 l\u2019E\u0301tat les moyens de mieux servir la nation\u2019\u2019, a-t-il rajoute\u0301.<\/p>\n

Il appele\u0301 a\u0300 inscrire cette e\u0301tape dans la me\u0301moire nationale comme un tournant pour le pays. \u2018\u2019Que ce jour reste dans notre me\u0301moire collective comme celui ou\u0300 la Guine\u0301e a affirme\u0301, avec confiance et lucidite\u0301, sa volonte\u0301 de ba\u0302tir son avenir sur la connaissance, sur la ve\u0301rite\u0301 des chiffres, mais aussi la dignite\u0301 de chaque citoyen\u2019\u2019, a-t-il conclu.<\/p>\n
