Africa-Press – Guin\u00e9e. <\/strong><\/span>Un mouvement de protestation a eu lieu ce lundi, 27 juin 2022, sur le site de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 For\u00eat Forte, \u00e0 N\u2019Z\u00e9r\u00e9kor\u00e9. Les travailleurs de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 ont cess\u00e9 le travail pour protester contre le traitement qui leur est r\u00e9serv\u00e9 par leur employeur. Ils r\u00e9clament l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de leurs conditions de vie et de travail, rapporte le correspondant de Guineematin.com \u00e0 N\u2019Z\u00e9r\u00e9kor\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Pas de travail ce lundi \u00e0 l\u2019usine de la For\u00eat Forte, situ\u00e9e dans le district de Nyampara, relevant de la sous-pr\u00e9fecture de Samoe, dans la pr\u00e9fecture de N\u2019Z\u00e9r\u00e9kor\u00e9. Au lieu de rejoindre leurs postes, les travailleurs se sont rassembl\u00e9s ce matin devant l\u2019usine pour exprimer leur m\u00e9contentement. Ils exigent le respect du d\u00e9cret du pr\u00e9sident de la transition, le colonel Mamadi Doumbouya, portant le SMIG (Salaire minimum interprofessionnel garanti) \u00e0 550 000 francs guin\u00e9ens, l\u2019augmentation de leur salaire, une prise en charge sanitaire\u2026<\/p>\n

Face \u00e0 cette situation, le chef personnel de la For\u00eat Forte a convi\u00e9 le syndicat des travailleurs \u00e0 une r\u00e9union d\u2019urgence. Ils ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019ouvrir des n\u00e9gociations entre la direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et les repr\u00e9sentants des 1500 employ\u00e9s concern\u00e9s par ce mouvement de protestation. Au sortir de cette rencontre, le syndicat a demand\u00e9 aux travailleurs de rentrer \u00e0 la maison, en attendant l\u2019issue des n\u00e9gociations.<\/p>\n
