Africa-Press – Guin\u00e9e. <\/strong><\/span>Pour justifier la violence qui a caract\u00e9ris\u00e9 l\u2019interpellation de Fonik\u00e9 Mengu\u00e8, Djanii Alfa et Mamadou Billo Bah, le parquet g\u00e9n\u00e9ral pr\u00e8s la Cour d\u2019appel de Conakry a laiss\u00e9 entendre que les leaders du FNDC ont refus\u00e9 d\u2019obtemp\u00e9rer. Ce qui aurait pouss\u00e9 les agents de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e0 user de la force pour ex\u00e9cuter les instructions qu\u2019ils ont re\u00e7ues. Mais cet argument ne passe pas chez les avocats des activistes interpell\u00e9s et conduits en prison. Ces derniers se disent \u00ab outr\u00e9s \u00bb de voir la justice tenter de justifier de tels agissements.<\/p>\n

\u00ab La mani\u00e8re dont nos clients ont \u00e9t\u00e9 interpell\u00e9s est inacceptable. Elle n\u2019est pas acceptable aux yeux de toute personne qui a un minimum de penchant pour ce qu\u2019on appelle un Etat de droit. Quelles que soient les faits pour lesquels un citoyen est poursuivi, on doit respecter la r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 de la proc\u00e9dure, mais respecter les droits humains.<\/p>\n

On a \u00e9t\u00e9 assez outr\u00e9s de voir qu\u2019en Guin\u00e9e, on a encore des arguments pour valider les actes de torture qu\u2019ils ont subis, en disant que c\u2019\u00e9tait un refus d\u2019obtemp\u00e9rer. Soit on est dans une R\u00e9publique o\u00f9 on respecte les droits humains ou alors on est dans une grosse jungle. Et il faut regarder la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 en face \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Me Halimatou Camara, membre du collectif des avocats des trois leaders du FNDC.<\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s 48 heures de garde \u00e0 vue dans les locaux de la direction centrale de la police judiciaire, Oumar Sylla, alias Fonik\u00e9 Mengu\u00e8 (coordinateur national du FNDC), Alpha Midjaou Bah, alias Djanii Alfa (responsable de la citoyennet\u00e9 active du FNDC), et Mamadou Billo Bah (responsable de la mobilisation et des antennes du FNDC), ont \u00e9t\u00e9 conduits \u00e0 la Maison centrale de Conakry, ce jeudi 7 juillet 2022.<\/p>\n

Le parquet du Tribunal de premi\u00e8re instance de Dixinn a inculp\u00e9 le rappeur et les deux activistes de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile pour \u00ab outrage \u00e0 magistrat et injures publiques \u00bb, avant de les placer sous mandat de d\u00e9p\u00f4t dans la plus grande prison du pays. Le dossier \u00e9tant orient\u00e9 en flagrant d\u00e9lit, leur proc\u00e8s s\u2019ouvre demain, vendredi, devant cette juridiction.<\/p>\n
