Africa-Press – Guin\u00e9e. <\/strong><\/span>A l\u2019occasion d\u2019une conf\u00e9rence de presse tenue dans ses locaux ce vendredi 15 juillet, le parquet sp\u00e9cial de la Cour de R\u00e9pression des Infractions \u00c9conomiques et Financi\u00e8res (CRIEF) s\u2019est prononc\u00e9 sur les dossiers des responsables du dernier r\u00e9gime d\u2019Alpha Cond\u00e9, d\u00e9tenus \u00e0 la maison centrale depuis plusieurs mois.<\/p>\n

Aly Tour\u00e9, le procureur sp\u00e9cial pr\u00e8s la CRIEF a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 les faits reproch\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019ancien premier ministre sous le r\u00e9gime d\u2019Alpha Cond\u00e9. Selon lui, il est reproch\u00e9 \u00e0 Ibrahima Kassory Fofana le d\u00e9tournement de plusieurs milliards de francs et des millions de dollars lors de sa gestion de la primature.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Le parquet sp\u00e9cial que nous sommes, reprochons \u00e0 Ibrahima Kassory Fofana de d\u00e9tournement de plusieurs milliards de nos francs et plusieurs millions de monnaies en devise. Notamment, la somme de 46 293 655 dollars, dans le cadre de l\u2019appui de la MAMRI \u00e0 l\u2019ANIES par rapport \u00e0 la proc\u00e9dure d\u2019urgence pour supporter l\u2019\u00e9pid\u00e9mie du Covid-19. Il y a \u00e9galement dans la gestion de la primature, la somme de 81 234 422 021 Gnf qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 sortis des caisses de l\u2019\u00c9tat, enti\u00e8rement d\u00e9caiss\u00e9s sur ordonnance de Ibrahima Kassory Fofana parce qu\u2019il en \u00e9tait l\u2019ordonnateur. Et \u00e0 date, nous n\u2019avons aucune justification de l\u2019utilisation de ce montant par rapport \u00e0 sa gestion au niveau de la primature. Au-del\u00e0 de cela, il y a d\u2019autres montants non moins importants qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9s dans sa gestion et constat\u00e9s par rapport aux mouvements au niveau de ses comptes bancaires en franc guin\u00e9en, en devises. Des devises en dollar et en euro. Ce sont des comptes qui ont connus suffisamment de mouvements suspects et en franc guin\u00e9en \u00e9galement des mouvements suspects par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019inculp\u00e9. Il y a d\u2019autres faits qui sont reproch\u00e9s \u00e0 Ibrahima Kassory Fofana par rapport aux r\u00e9tro commissions lors de sa gestion \u00bb, a expliqu\u00e9 Aly Tour\u00e9.<\/p>\n

A en croire le procureur sp\u00e9cial pr\u00e8s la CRIEF, l\u2019affaire Ibrahima Kassory Fofana est entrain d\u2019\u00eatre d\u00e9battue devant la chambre sp\u00e9ciale de contr\u00f4le de l\u2019instruction par l\u2019apport \u00e0 l\u2019appel que le parquet sp\u00e9cial de la CRIEF a interjet\u00e9 suite \u00e0 l\u2019ordonnance de mise en libert\u00e9 de la chambre de l\u2019instruction.<\/p>\n
