Africa-Press – Guin\u00e9e. <\/strong><\/span>Le directeur de publication de Mosaiqueguinee.com, Mohamed Bangoura, a \u00e9t\u00e9 re\u00e7u ce lundi, 08 ao\u00fbt 2022, par la Haute autorit\u00e9 de la communication (HAC). Ce journaliste est dans le viseur de l\u2019\u00c9tat-major g\u00e9n\u00e9ral des arm\u00e9es depuis vendredi dernier \u00e0 cause d\u2019un article de presse publi\u00e9 par son site pour alerter sur la \u00ab disparition d\u2019un camion de Tramadol (saisi r\u00e9cemment par les inspecteurs de la sant\u00e9 au port autonome de Conakry) \u00bb du Camp Samory. Il avait \u00e9t\u00e9 convoqu\u00e9 par la direction du renseignement militaire de l\u2019Etat-major g\u00e9n\u00e9ral des arm\u00e9es pour \u00ab s\u00e9curit\u00e9 d\u2019Etat \u00bb. Mais, avec l\u2019implication de la HAC, c\u2019est finalement un r\u00e8glement \u00e0 l\u2019amiable qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 convenu entre l\u2019arm\u00e9e et le journaliste.<\/p>\n

C\u2019est avec ses avocats (Salifou Beavogui, Thierno Souleymane Barry et Alseny Aissata Diallo), le pr\u00e9sident du r\u00e9seau des m\u00e9dias sur internet en Guin\u00e9e (Remigui) et des membres du syndicat de la presse professionnelle de Guin\u00e9e (SPPG) que Mohamed Bangoura s\u2019est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 ce lundi \u00e0 la HAC pour la rencontre avec l\u2019Etat-major g\u00e9n\u00e9ral des arm\u00e9es. Une rencontre qui a dur\u00e9 4 heures et qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sid\u00e9e par Boubacar Yacine Diallo, le pr\u00e9sident de la HAC (l\u2019institution de r\u00e9gulation des m\u00e9dias en Guin\u00e9e). Et, au terme des \u00e9changes, S\u00e9kou Jamal Pendessa, le secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du SPPG, a laiss\u00e9 entendre qu\u2019un r\u00e8glement \u00e0 l\u2019amiable a \u00e9t\u00e9 trouv\u00e9 entre les parties en conflit.<\/p>\n

Puisque dans les \u00e9changes ici il est \u00e9tabli que nos confr\u00e8res n\u2019ont pas respect\u00e9 aussi la forme dans la proc\u00e9dure, \u00e0 partir de l\u00e0, on a dit qu\u2019il faut remettre en cause cet article. Il est aussi \u00e9tabli que toutes les fois qu\u2019on aura des incriminations \u00e0 l\u2019encontre des journalistes, on va privil\u00e9gier la piste de la haute autorit\u00e9 de la communication. Abondant dans le m\u00eame sens, Thierno Amadou Camara, le pr\u00e9sident du r\u00e9seau des m\u00e9dias sur internet en Guin\u00e9e, a fait savoir qu\u2019un d\u00e9menti sera apport\u00e9 par nos confr\u00e8res de Mosaiqueguinee.com ; et, ce d\u00e9menti sera relay\u00e9 par les sites membres de Remigui.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Un effort sera fait \u00e9galement pour que ce m\u00eame d\u00e9menti soit relay\u00e9 au maximum par l\u2019ensemble de la presse \u00e9crite, audiovisuelle et la presse en ligne. Tout le monde va se joindre \u00e0 cet effort l\u00e0 pour rectifier le tir. Donc, personne n\u2019en sort perdant, puisque notre confr\u00e8re ne va pas au camp, notre confr\u00e8re ne va pas au tribunal.
