Africa-Press – Guin\u00e9e. <\/strong><\/span>Le proc\u00e8s de l\u2019ancien commandant du Bataillon autonome de Faranah, colonel Boubacar Barry et son garde-corps, le sous-lieutenant Ibrahima Samoura, a connu son \u00e9pilogue hier, jeudi 1er septembre 2022, devant le tribunal de premi\u00e8re instance de Faranah. Ils \u00e9taient poursuivis devant cette juridiction pour \u00ab atteinte involontaire \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 physique sur la personne d\u2019Aboubacar Oular\u00e9 et utilisation illicite d\u2019arme l\u00e9g\u00e8re \u00bb. Des infractions pour lesquelles les deux pr\u00e9venus ont \u00e9t\u00e9 reconnus coupables et condamn\u00e9s \u00e0 des peines assorties de sursis.<\/p>\n

C\u2019est au terme de deux jours de d\u00e9bats que le tribunal de premi\u00e8re instance de Faranah a rendu sa d\u00e9cision dans cette affaire qui d\u00e9fraie encore la chronique dans la ville de Faranah. Il a condamn\u00e9 le colonel Boubacar Barry \u00e0 un an de prison assortie de sursis et au paiement d\u2019une amende de 2 000 000 de francs guin\u00e9ens pour \u00ab atteinte involontaire \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 physique sur la personne d\u2019Aboubacar Oular\u00e9 \u00bb.<\/p>\n

Le tribunal a aussi condamn\u00e9 le sous-lieutenant Ibrahima Samoura \u00e0 5 ans de prison assortie de sursis et au paiement de 2 000 000 de francs guin\u00e9ens pour \u00ab utilisation illicite d\u2019arme l\u00e9g\u00e8re \u00bb.<\/p>\n

Mais, le minist\u00e8re public a imm\u00e9diatement fait appel de cette d\u00e9cision du tribunal. \u00ab Toute la proc\u00e9dure sera communiqu\u00e9e \u00e0 monsieur le procureur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral pour toute fin de droit \u00bb, a dit Sidiki Kant\u00e9, le procureur de la r\u00e9publique pr\u00e8s le tribunal de premi\u00e8re instance de Faranah.<\/p>\n

A rappeler que les faits qui \u00e9taient poursuivis contre le colonel Boubacar Barry et le sous-lieutenant Ibrahima Samoura devant tribunal de premi\u00e8re instance de Faranah se sont produits le 20 ao\u00fbt dernier dans une boite de nuit dans la commune urbaine de Faranah.<\/p>\n
