Africa-Press – Guin\u00e9e. <\/strong><\/span>Comme annonce\u0301 pre\u0301ce\u0301demment, le proce\u0300s du massacre du 28 septembre 2009 se poursuit ce mardi, 04 octobre 2022, devant le tribunal ad hoc a\u0300 Conakry. C\u2019est la seconde audience dans ce proce\u0300s qui retient l\u2019attention des Guine\u0301ens. Elle s\u2019est ouverte dans la matine\u0301e ; et, elle se poursuit encore devant cette juridiction. Les de\u0301bats portent essentiellement sur des exceptions et des demandes formule\u0301es par les avocats des accuse\u0301s dans cette affaire. Mais, Me Halimatou Camara, avocate de la partie civile, commence visiblement a\u0300 se lasser de ces plaintes de ses confre\u0300res de la de\u0301fense. Et, dans une prise de parole en ce de\u0301but de soire\u0301e, elle a demande\u0301 au tribunal de permettre a\u0300 ce qu\u2019on aille dans le fond de ce dossier pour savoir qui a fait quoi dans ces crimes qui y sont juge\u0301s.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Je pense que ce proce\u0300s est une chance d\u2019e\u0301voluer, une chance de lutter contre l\u2019impunite\u0301. Ce n\u2019est qu\u2019en allant au fond dans ce dossier que l\u2019on saura qui a fait quoi et qui n\u2019a pas fait quoi. Donc, il est important aujourd\u2019hui que nous allions au fond du dossier. Au fond, parce qu\u2019il y a depuis 13 ans que des crimes ont e\u0301te\u0301 commis, des crimes horribles. Des femmes ont e\u0301te\u0301 viole\u0301es, des personnes ont disparu… Je vais clore mes propos en disant : donnez la chance aux victimes de dire leur part de ve\u0301rite\u0301, mais aussi donner la chance aux accuse\u0301s de pouvoir donner leur version des faits \u00bb, a indique\u0301 Me Halimatou Camara.<\/p>\n
