Africa-Press – Guin\u00e9e. <\/strong><\/span>Poursuivi pour abus de confiance portant sur la somme de 95 millions de francs guine\u0301ens au pre\u0301judice de Ibrahima Diallo (un marchand), le pre\u0301venu Ibrahima Balde\u0301 a comparu hier, mardi 04 octobre 2022, devant le tribunal correctionnel de Mafanco. A la barre, il a reconnu les faits qui lui sont reproche\u0301s. Et, au terme des de\u0301bats, le ministe\u0300re public a requis un an de prison (dont six mois assortis de sursis) a\u0300 son encontre.<\/p>\n

C\u2019est dans la pre\u0301fecture de Boffa que les deux amis, Ibrahima Balde\u0301 et Ibrahima Diallo, se sont entendus pour installer une boutique. Le premier a alors de\u0301bloque\u0301 la somme de 95 000 000 de francs guine\u0301ens (en trois tranches) pour l\u2019achat de marchandises. Ils se sont convenus de faire l\u2019inventaire apre\u0300s un an d\u2019activite\u0301 et partager les inte\u0301re\u0302ts. Le premier inventaire a eu lieu et il s\u2019est ave\u0301re\u0301 promoteur.<\/p>\n

Parce qu\u2019apre\u0300s tout le compte, ils ont re\u0301alise\u0301 un inte\u0301re\u0302t d\u2019un peu plus de 10 000 000 de francs guine\u0301ens. Mais, six mois plus tard, ils ont fait un second inventaire qui n\u2019a pas du tout e\u0301te\u0301 concluant ; puisqu\u2019il ne restait plus que 10 000 000 de francs guine\u0301ens en marchandises dans la boutique. Apre\u0300s moultes re\u0301clamations sans succe\u0300s, Ibrahima Balde\u0301 a de\u0301cide\u0301 de porter l\u2019affaire en justice en septembre dernier. Et, Ibrahima Diallo a e\u0301te\u0301 interpelle\u0301. Son proce\u0300s s\u2019est ouvert ce mardi devant le tribunal correctionnel de Mafanco.<\/p>\n

A la barre, Ibrahima Diallo a reconnu les faits. Mais, il a explique\u0301 la perte de l\u2019argent par les de\u0301penses qu\u2019il a effectue\u0301es pour se soigner d\u2019une maladie qu\u2019il a eu suite a\u0300 un mauvais sort.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Ibrahima Balde\u0301 et moi e\u0301tions des amis. Alors, il m\u2019a propose\u0301 d\u2019ouvrir une boutique a\u0300 Boffa. Je suis alle\u0301 la\u0300-bas pour visiter les lieux pendant 2 a\u0300 3 jours. A\u0300 mon retour, il m\u2019a demande\u0301 comment j\u2019ai trouve\u0301 l\u2019endroit, je lui ai dit que le lieu est un peu distant du grand marche\u0301. Alors, il a dit d\u2019investir une partie (45 000 000 GNF) pour voir. On a achete\u0301 la marchandise, je suis alle\u0301 ; et, un mois apre\u0300s, c\u0327a a commence\u0301 a\u0300 marcher. Je le lui ai dit, alors il m\u2019a donne\u0301 la somme de 50 000 000 de francs pour arriver a\u0300 95 000 000 de francs.<\/p>\n

Mais, au troisie\u0300me mois, j\u2019ai eu un choc, j\u2019ai e\u0301te\u0301 pris par un mauvais sort et je suis tombe\u0301 gravement malade. C\u2019est ma famille me\u0302me qui est alle\u0301e me chercher la\u0300-bas. Elle a trouve\u0301 que ma situation e\u0301tait tre\u0300s critique et complique\u0301e. Alors, elle m\u2019a ramene\u0301 au sein de la famille. Lorsque je suis rentre\u0301 en famille, lui-me\u0302me (Ibrahima Balde\u0301) est venu, il a vu ma situation et il a dit qu\u2019on allait chercher a\u0300 me soigner. On a vu un marabout qui m\u2019a dit qu\u2019on m\u2019a jete\u0301 un sort, mais qu\u2019il pouvait me soigner moyennant 4 000 000 de francs.<\/p>\n

Apre\u0300s, j\u2019ai recouvre\u0301 ma sante\u0301, je suis rentre\u0301 a\u0300 Boffa. Mais, il y avait des gens qui me devaient et ils se cachaient pour aller acheter ailleurs. Donc, j\u2019ai endure\u0301 cette crise pendant 10 mois, apre\u0300s il est alle\u0301 faire la situation. Mais, l\u2019argent est entre\u0301 dans les de\u0301penses entre mes soins, le loyer et la de\u0301pense quotidienne avec mon petit fre\u0300re qui e\u0301tait avec moi dans la boutique \u00bb, a explique\u0301 le pre\u0301venu Ibrahima Diallo.<\/p>\n

De son co\u0302te\u0301, Ibrahima Balde\u0301 dit ne pas comprendre ce qui s\u2019est passe\u0301. Car, pour lui, les de\u0301penses devaient sortir des be\u0301ne\u0301fices engrange\u0301s.<\/p>\n

\u00ab On a fait le second inventaire, mais on a trouve\u0301 que 10 000 000 de francs en marchandises. Alors, je lui ai demande\u0301 ou\u0300 e\u0301tait l\u2019argent ou bien la marchandise. Alors, je lui ai dit de m\u2019aider a\u0300 re\u0301cupe\u0301rer mes 95 000 000 de francs, s\u2019il a eu des be\u0301ne\u0301fices, il peut les garder la\u0300-bas \u00bb, a-t-il dit avant de re\u0301ite\u0301rer la me\u0302me chose face au tribunal.<\/p>\n

Dans ses re\u0301quisitions, le ministe\u0300re public a demande\u0301 au tribunal de condamner Ibrahima Diallo a\u0300 un an de prison (dont six mois assortis de sursis) et au paiement d\u2019une amende de 500 000 francs guine\u0301ens.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Ce qui est clair, la somme a e\u0301te\u0301 dissipe\u0301e par Ibrahima Diallo. Car, les de\u0301penses effectue\u0301es ont e\u0301te\u0301 faites avant le premier inventaire d\u2019apre\u0300s le document transmis par le pre\u0301venu lui-me\u0302me \u00bb, a-t-il dit.<\/p>\n

Pour son dernier mot, Ibrahima Diallo, incarce\u0301re\u0301 depuis le 20 septembre 2022, a demande\u0301 pardon a\u0300 sa victime avant de lui demander un de\u0301lai pour qu\u2019il puisse lui restituer son argent.<\/p>\n

Finalement, le tribunal a mis l\u2019affaire en de\u0301libe\u0301re\u0301 pour de\u0301cision e\u0302tre rendue le 10 octobre prochain.<\/p>\n
