Africa-Press – Guin\u00e9e. <\/strong><\/span>C\u2019est un ouf de soulagement pour les acteurs de la filie\u0300re bois en Guine\u0301e. En Conseil des ministres hier, jeudi 13 octobre 2022, le gouvernement guine\u0301en a de\u0301cide\u0301 de lever l\u2019interdiction de la coupe du bois pour une anne\u0301e.<\/p>\n

Cette interdiction e\u0301tait en vigueur dans le pays depuis juin 2021. Et, elle visait a\u0300 lutter contre \u00ab l\u2019exploitation abusive du bois entrai\u0302nant ainsi la destruction des habitats fauniques, la de\u0301gradation des te\u0302tes de sources, l\u2019ensablement et l\u2019asse\u0300chement des cours d\u2019eau, l\u2019augmentation de la tempe\u0301rature \u00bb en Guine\u0301e.<\/p>\n

\u00ab La ministre de l\u2019Environnement et du De\u0301veloppement Durable a fait une communication relative aux dispositions envisage\u0301es pour la reprise d\u2019une exploitation forestie\u0300re responsable et se\u0301curise\u0301e en Re\u0301publique de Guine\u0301e… Le Conseil a de\u0301cide\u0301 de lever l\u2019interdiction de la coupe du bois pour une anne\u0301e pour satisfaire le besoin local en bois.<\/p>\n

Cette leve\u0301e doit e\u0302tre encadre\u0301e selon les crite\u0300res suivants : la re\u0301duction du nombre de scies tronc\u0327onneuses agre\u0301e\u0301 de 6 a\u0300 2, la re\u0301duction des quotas mensuels de coupe au niveau national de 20 391m3 a\u0300 8 208 m3, la re\u0301duction du nombre d\u2019exploitants agre\u0301e\u0301s de bois de 83 a\u0300 72, l\u2019e\u0301laboration des cahiers de charges pre\u0301cisant les obligations contractuelles de l\u2019exploitant agre\u0301e\u0301 de bois, la re\u0301duction du nombre de postes de contro\u0302le de 63 a\u0300 23 \u00bb, lit-on dans le compte rendu du Conseil ministres.<\/p>\n
