La pre\u0301venu a plaide\u0301 coupable pour 15 000 000 de francs guine\u0301ens. Et, apre\u0300s un long de\u0301bat sur cette affaire entre les parties au proce\u0300s, le tribunal a renvoye\u0301 l\u2019audience au 09 novembre prochain pour les re\u0301quisitions et plaidoiries.<\/p>\n<p>Dans cette affaire, N\u2019na Oumou Toure\u0301 a rec\u0327u une quantite\u0301 de marchandise de la part de Mohamed Fatoumata Souare\u0301 (le plaignant) a\u0300 charge pour elle de la revendre pour faire un be\u0301ne\u0301fice et restituer le prix de ladite marchandise a\u0300 son proprie\u0301taire. Mais, cela ne s\u2019est pas passe\u0301 comme convenu. Alors, le proprie\u0301taire de la marchandise a porte\u0301 l\u2019affaire en justice, puisqu\u2019il avait du mal a\u0300 re\u0301cupe\u0301rer son argent. Et, a\u0300 la barre, N\u2019na Oumou Toure\u0301 a reconnu 15 000 000 au lieu des 18 000 000 de francs guine\u0301ens qui lui sont re\u0301clame\u0301s.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Une fois, j\u2019e\u0301tais chez ma copine, elle a dit qu\u2019elle avait de la marchandise a\u0300 vendre. Apre\u0300s, je lui ai demande\u0301 quel genre de marchandise. Nous sommes alle\u0301s les voir dans leur boutique ou\u0300 on a trouve\u0301 Souare\u0301 et une autre personne. On en a parle\u0301. Et puis, elle m\u2019a dit de voir ce qui m\u2019inte\u0301ressait et de le prendre. Donc, j\u2019ai pris du savon, des produits cosme\u0301tiques, des t-shirts et d\u2019autres choses. On a fait le compte, apre\u0300s je suis partie avec la marchandise pour aller revendre afin de gagner un peu et rembourser leur argent. Apre\u0300s un mois, j\u2019ai paye\u0301 5 000 000 de francs guine\u0301ens. Plus tard, ma copine m\u2019a appele\u0301 pour me demander de renvoyer la marchandise, puisque c\u0327a ne marchait pas trop. Entre-temps, ma s\u0153ur e\u0301tait venue et je n\u2019avais pas assez de temps. Donc, parfois ma copine m\u2019appelait, mais on n\u2019arrivait pas a\u0300 nous parler. Ils se sont fa\u0302che\u0301s et quand ils sont venus a\u0300 la maison, je leur ai dit que je ne pouvais pas le tromper. Apre\u0300s, j\u2019ai renvoye\u0301 le reste de la marchandise (un peu plus de 5 000 000 GNF). Il restait donc 7 880 000 si on ajoute sur le premier montant les 8 boules de me\u0300ches que leur s\u0153ur m\u2019avait donne\u0301es \u00bb, a-t-elle explique\u0301.<\/p>\n<p>Par ailleurs, la pre\u0301venue a tente\u0301 de justifier ses difficulte\u0301s par le fait que ses clientes lui doivent beaucoup d\u2019argent.
