L\u2019entreprise europe\u0301enne Panoro Energy a consolide\u0301 sa pre\u0301sence en Guine\u0301e e\u0301quatoriale gra\u0302ce a\u0300 la signature d\u2019un contrat de production partage\u0301e (PSC) pour l\u2019exploration et l\u2019exploitation du Bloc EG-23, situe\u0301 au large de la co\u0302te nord de l\u2019i\u0302le de Bioko. Cet accord, signe\u0301 en collaboration avec la socie\u0301te\u0301 nationale GEPetrol, renforce la coope\u0301ration e\u0301nerge\u0301tique entre les deux parties.<\/p>\n

Conditions du contrat<\/b><\/p>\n

Selon les termes de cet accord, Panoro de\u0301tient une participation de 80 % et agit en tant qu\u2019ope\u0301rateur du bloc, tandis que GEPetrol conserve une participation de 20 %. Ce de\u0301veloppement marque le deuxie\u0300me actif ope\u0301re\u0301 par Panoro dans le pays, apre\u0300s avoir obtenu en fe\u0301vrier 2023 l\u2019exploitation du Bloc EG-01, adjacent au complexe offshore Okume dans le Bloc G.<\/p>\n

Un bloc strate\u0301gique avec un potentiel prouve\u0301<\/b><\/p>\n

Le Bloc EG-23 couvre une superficie d\u2019environ 600 kilome\u0300tres carre\u0301s, avec des profondeurs marines variant entre 50 et 100 me\u0300tres. Cette zone pre\u0301sente un potentiel prometteur avec 19 puits fore\u0301s a\u0300 ce jour, ayant conduit a\u0300 la de\u0301couverte de:<\/p>\n

– Quatre gisements de pe\u0301trole,<\/p>\n

– Deux gisements de gaz,<\/p>\n

– Un gisement mixte de gaz et de condensats.<\/p>\n

Certains de ces puits ont de\u0301ja\u0300 e\u0301te\u0301 teste\u0301s, confirmant l\u2019attrait du bloc pour des investissements et de\u0301veloppements futurs.<\/p>\n

Anciennement exploite\u0301 par Marathon Oil, ce bloc se situe a\u0300 proximite\u0301 strate\u0301gique du champ de gaz et de condensats Alba, e\u0301galement ge\u0301re\u0301 par Marathon. Ce champ est essentiel pour la production e\u0301nerge\u0301tique en Guine\u0301e e\u0301quatoriale, car sa production alimente l\u2019usine nationale de gaz naturel lique\u0301fie\u0301 (GNL).<\/p>\n
