Plusieurs populations sont affecte\u0301es par ce phe\u0301nome\u0300ne. Et, les diffe\u0301rentes confe\u0301rences et rencontres internationales sur le climat n\u2019ont jusque-la\u0300 pas change\u0301 grand-chose a\u0300 cette hausse des tempe\u0301ratures mondiales. Les productions de gaz a\u0300 effet de serre a\u0300 travers les combustibles fossiles (charbon, pe\u0301trole, gaz…), la de\u0301forestation et les e\u0301missions de gaz carbonique par les industries sont encore une triste re\u0301alite\u0301 dans le monde.<\/p>\n

Une situation que de\u0301plore le secre\u0301taire ge\u0301ne\u0301ral des Nations Unis, Anto\u0301nio Guterres. Et, au Forum e\u0301conomique mondial de Davos hier, mercredi 18 janvier 2023, le patron de l\u2019ONU a alerte\u0301 sur le fait que \u00ab nous nous dirigeons vers une augmentation de 2,8\u00b0c \u00bb si de nouvelles mesures ne sont pas prises.<\/p>\n

C\u2019est un aveu de l\u2019e\u0301chec des efforts jusque-la\u0300 de\u0301ploye\u0301s pour freiner (ou au moins ralentir) le re\u0301chauffement climatique. Et, le secre\u0301taire ge\u0301ne\u0301ral de l\u2019ONU ne compte pas se voiler la face dans cette situation qui interpelle tous les gouvernements du monde. Anto\u0301nio Guterres assure que le monde est dans un \u00ab triste e\u0301tat \u00bb. Et, \u00ab si nous ne prenons pas de nouvelles mesures, nous nous dirigeons vers une augmentation de 2,8 degre\u0301s Celsius \u00bb, a-t-il pre\u0301venu.<\/p>\n

Le secre\u0301taire ge\u0301ne\u0301ral de l\u2019ONU rappelle que \u00ab l\u2019effondrement de l\u2019e\u0301cosyste\u0300me est un fait scientifique inde\u0301niable \u00bb et il se de\u0301sole de \u00ab cette folie \u00bb des producteurs de combustibles fossiles qui continuent leurs activite\u0301s \u00ab tout en sachant pertinemment que leur mode\u0300le e\u0301conomique est incompatible avec la survie de l\u2019humanite\u0301 \u00bb.<\/p>\n
