Africa-Press – Kenya. President William Ruto on Saturday graced the Marsabit Lake Turkana Cultural Festival in Loiyangalani.
The President was in full Somali regalia and was accompanied by other leaders.
Ruto was dressed in white Somali clothing and white shoes as he held a walking stick in his hand.
He interacted with residents and visited exhibitions during the cultural festival.
