Africa-Press – Kenya. High Court judge Esther Maina has suspended the contempt of court proceedings against KBC editor Millicent Awour.
Awour was expected in court on Tuesday next week to answer to contempt of court charges for allegedly airing a misleading story related to the NYS graft case.
“The court will issue a ruling on this matter on October 11 but in the meantime we shall issue a stay of the proceedings, but that’s just the proceedings for contempt not the whole NYS case ” Justice Maina.
