Africa-Press – Kenya. <\/strong><\/span>President William Ruto arrived back in Nairobi Saturday evening after a three-day state visit to the United States.<\/p>\n

The President was received by senior members of his Cabinet led by Interior CS Kithure Kindiki and Interior PS Raymond Omollo.<\/p>\n

Also present were Defence CS Aden Duale and Leader of Majority in the National Assembly Kimani Ichung’wah.<\/p>\n

Inspector General of Police Japeth Koome and other senior officers was also on call to receive the head of state.<\/p>\n

Also present was the Head of Public Service Felix Koskei.<\/p>\n

The President announced his arrival in Nairobi saying he is happy to be home.<\/p>\n

“It\u2019s good to be back home!” the President said on X.<\/p>\n

His visit to the US was the first by an African leader in 16 years.<\/p>\n

The President’s visit to the US began on Monday in Atlanta, Georgia.<\/p>\n
