Murega denied the charges and\u00a0was released on a Sh7 million bond.<\/p>\n<p>The three men were charged with being in a place where people frequent for purposes of\u00a0of smoking, inhaling, sniffing or using narcotic drugs.<\/p>\n<p>They denied the charges.They were released on a Sh3 million bond each.\u00a0Their lawyer Calvin Ochieng protested the high bond amounts terming them\u00a0unfair.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A Member of Meru County Assembly was today charged with incitement and obstructing police officers from performing their duties.
