The timing would put it ahead of potential market debuts by artificial intelligence rivals OpenAI and Anthropic.<\/p>\n<p>SpaceX could seek a valuation of more than $1.75 trillion, following its earlier acquisition of Musk\u2019s artificial intelligence startup xAI, which valued the combined entity at $1.25 trillion, according to the report.<\/p>\n<p>Bloomberg said SpaceX is working with several international banks to manage IPO orders across regions. Citigroup is coordinating roles, with Barclays overseeing the United Kingdom, Deutsche Bank and UBS handling Europe, Royal Bank of Canada managing Canadian orders, Mizuho Financial Group covering Asia, and Macquarie Group focused on Australia.<\/p>\n<p>The company is also considering a dual-class share structure that would give insiders, including Musk, greater voting power, the report said.
