AfricaPress-Kenya:<\/strong> Harambee Stars goalkeeper Patrick Matasi was on Tuesday evening hospitalized after being involved in a road accident at Kapsabet.<\/p>\n

Matasi was travelling with his family from Kakamega to Nairobi when the accident occurred .<\/p>\n

Matasi and his family were alert and conscious when the residence of the area arrived at the scene to free them from the badly damaged car.<\/p>\n

The victims were transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.<\/p>\n

According to reports, the driver lost control of the car before veering off the road.<\/p>\n

A tire burst is believed to be a factor in the crash.<\/p>\n
