A detective who failed to testify in a succession case involving a missing Belgian woman has been summoned by the High Court.<\/p>\n
Sergeant Franklin Kiraithe was expected in court yesterday to give details of his investigations into a Will allegedly left behind by Dysseleer Mireille who is missing.<\/p>\n
The Will was presented in court by lawyer Hari Gakinya (pictured<\/strong>). It details how Mireille’s Sh100 million estate should be distributed. Mireille has been missing for the last six months.<\/p>\n Mr Kiraithe was on January 16 directed by Justice Teresia Matheka to investigate the authenticity of the Will, and present his report by March 10, 2020 (yesterday).<\/p>\n He was also ordered to obtain bank statements from the Kenya Commercial Bank Maralal branch, to show transactions in Mireille’s bank account for the last two years.Gakinya who filed the succession case as the executor of Mireille\u2019s estate on October 10, 2019, is now implicated in her murder.
