Africa-Press – Kenya. <\/strong><\/span>The majority of the country is likely to remain dry in the next few days, Kenya meteorological department has announced.<\/p>\n

Cold and cloudy conditions are expected over the Highlands East of the Rift Valley, some areas of the South-Eastern Lowlands, the Highlands West of the Rift Valley, and the Central and South Rift Valley.<\/p>\n

MET said the rest of the country will most likely remain dry.<\/p>\n

MET said the Coast, the Highlands East of the Rift Valley, and a small portion of the Highlands West of the Rift Valley, however, may experience light to moderate rainfall.<\/p>\n

Most regions will experience daytime maximum temperatures ranging from 20 to 35 degrees Celsius.<\/p>\n

Regions of the Highlands East of the Rift Valley are expected to experience nighttime minimum temperatures of less than 10 degrees Celsius.<\/p>\n

Along the coast, the south-eastern lowlands, northwestern, and north-eastern Kenya, strong southerly to south-easterly winds are expected with speeds exceeding 25 knots (12.9 m\/s).<\/p>\n
