Africa-Press – Kenya. <\/strong><\/span>National Cereals and Produce Board tackle Strathmore University in an epic Kenya Handball League tie at Nyayo Stadium on Sunday.<\/p>\n

It doesn\u2019t get better than this when the champions come face-to-face with the team they beat to the runners-up spot last year.<\/p>\n

Millers’ tactician Dan Eshikumo was terse, saying: \u201cThe boys are ready and psyched up for the game. We are going for nothing but a win.\u201d<\/p>\n

Students\u2019 coach Peter Mwathi is aware of what is coming since NCPB remain unbeaten in 10 matches.<\/p>\n

\u201cFor us to win this match, we have no option but to operate in all departments. We must sharpen both attack and defence,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

It will be interesting to see how Strath will stop NCPB\u2019s deadly quartet of Timothy Kirimi, Peter Omondi, John Wante and Brian Wakutia.<\/p>\n

Strathmore will start their campaign on Saturday against the visiting and league debutants the University of Eldoret.<\/p>\n

In other matches, Kenyatta University (KU) play Buccaneers while Desert Scorpions face Black Mamba.<\/p>\n

A storming women\u2019s tie pits second-placed NCPB against third-placed Ulinzi Sharks. Both teams have lost just once, to champions Nairobi Water.<\/p>\n

The winless and bottom-of-the-table duo of Nairobi City County (NCC) and New Hope have a chance to record a win when they face off at Nyayo.<\/p>\n

An all-varsity duel pits KU against Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (Jkuat).<\/p>\n

Sunday\u2019s matches will see Desert Scorpions meet UoE Pippers as Thika confront Black Mamba.<\/p>\n

Jkuat have a date with the struggling Technical University of Kenya (Tuk), who have lost all their nine matches. The Eldoret side will play their third game in two days when they wind their city tour with a match against KU.<\/p>\n

Ulinzi Sharks\u2019 sharp-shooting pair of Caren Lutengeya and Euphrasia Mukatia will aim their guns at KU.<\/p>\n
