Africa-Press – Kenya. <\/strong><\/span>A woman who was at her house relaxing while enjoying cool music has sued two men whom she accused of stealing her radio in the gist of the moment.<\/p>\n

Penninah Mikubi further told a Kibera court that Brian Mandela and Setrick Isich also stole her flash disc and two gas cylinders.<\/p>\n

The suspects were on Monday arraigned before resident magistrate Jacqueline Ojwang and charged with the offence.<\/p>\n

They denied the charges.<\/p>\n

According to the charge sheet, the alleged offence was committed at Kibarenge slums in Westlands subcounty, Nairobi county.<\/p>\n

Mikubi told the court she was at her house while her door was closed but not locked.<\/p>\n

She was listening to music from the radio when the gadget suddenly went silent and upon investigations, she realised that it had disappeared.<\/p>\n

The magistrate released the suspects on a cash bail of Sh30,000 with a surety of the same amount.<\/p>\n

She directed that the case will be mentioned on October 5.<\/p>\n
