Africa-Press – Kenya. <\/strong><\/span>High Court judge Esther Maina has suspended the contempt of court proceedings against KBC editor Millicent Awour.<\/p>\n

Awour was expected in court on Tuesday next week to answer to contempt of court charges for allegedly airing a misleading story related to the NYS graft case.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe court will issue a ruling on this matter on October 11 but in the meantime we shall issue a stay of the proceedings, but that\u2019s just the proceedings for contempt not the whole NYS case \u201d Justice Maina.<\/p>\n
