Africa-Press – Kenya. <\/strong><\/span>The Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) has announced that it will close a section of Lang’ata Road.<\/p>\n

The Authority said Galleria Mall Entrance between Ola Petrol Station and the U-turn slot at Nyumba Moja Road Junction will be closed.<\/p>\n

The road will be closed from Saturday, October 15, 2022, to Sunday, October 16, 2022, between 5:00 am to 5:00 pm.<\/p>\n

The Authority is planning to erect a footbridge at Galleria Mall.<\/p>\n

“As a result, motorists and drivers headed to Nairobi CBD and Karen are encouraged to share lanes that are adjacent to the closed road sections on Langata road,” it said.<\/p>\n

The footbridge to be installed will enhance pedestrian safety on the busy road.<\/p>\n

KeNHA advises motorists to follow the proposed traffic management and cooperate with traffic marshals and police on site.<\/p>\n
