AfricaPress-Kenya:<\/strong> Pamoja FM radio journalist was killed early Monday morning on his way home from work under unclear circumstances.<\/p>\n

Mohammed Hassan Marjan met his untimely death near Kibera Law Courts at dawn. Since Ramadhan period began the deceased hosted a special Ramadhan show every night.Kibra residents have accused the police of laxity particularly during the dusk to dawn curfew.<\/p>\n

According to Kibra sub-county deputy commissioner Gideon Ombogi, the police have taken over the matter and investigations have begun.\u201cOnce the body was taken away to the mortuary a group of young men gathered and went out looking for a suspected killer. They then took him to the scene of crime and murdered him there and then.\u201d Said Ombogi.<\/p>\n

The two bodies have now been taken to the City Motuary awaiting an autopsy.<\/p>\n

In a post seen on social media the sister to the deceased questions why an innocent person was robbed and killed.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis Ramadhan just like in the past years, he would spend the whole night in the studios sharing qaswidas and khutbas from different sheikhs.<\/p>\n

The motive of his killing is unknown,\u201d says Siyama Ismail.\u201cI am left speechless. An innocent husband, father, grand-father lost his life in the hands of free loaders!<\/p>\n
