Africa-Press – Kenya. <\/strong><\/span>President William Ruto has said he is supporting the ‘Africa team’ in the 2022 World Cup finals. “Supporting the African team in the world Cup finals,” he said.<\/p>\n

The head of state was referring to his support for France, which has a good number of players of African-French players. France is playing against Argentina in the 2022 World Cup that ends today in Qatar.<\/p>\n

He further wished the First lady Rachel Ruto and his children the very best as they support Argentina. “Good luck Rachel and kids as you support the other side. Remember to pay the bet!! Either way expecting fine football,” he tweeted.<\/p>\n

Mama Rachel Ruto replied to the tweet saying, “Game on Bill. May the best team win. Vamos Argentina!!!” Supporting the African team in the world Cup finals. Good luck Rachel & kids as you support the other side. Remember to pay the bet!! Either way expecting fine football.<\/p>\n

His comment section went ablaze as Kenyans on Twitter sent in their reactions. Mama Rachel and the kids are wise. Easy win for Argentina. France had on Wednesday beat Morocco in the semi-finals in a 2-0 win to make it to the finals.<\/p>\n
