Africa-Press – Kenya. <\/strong><\/span>Superior Homes is diversifying its investments into conservancy living with its new 100-acre luxury project within Swara Plains Conservancy in Machakos County. The developers of Greenpark Estate in Athi River, said that the new investment comprises high-end residential houses and serviced plots.<\/p>\n

Superior Homes Kenya CEO Shiv Arora told the Star that the new investment dubbed \u2018Lukenya Wildlife Estate\u2019, will comprise the half, one acre and a-half-acre parcels.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis development seeks to cater to investors who love the thought of becoming one with nature as it is defined by tranquillity and ample outdoor space within Swara Plains, yet it is within easy reach of Nairobi City and Machakos town,\u201d Arora.<\/p>\n

In the new project, investors of the project will have an opportunity to self-build their homes. Arora says the project is ideal for residential or investment as it is only 20 kilometers away from the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.<\/p>\n

\u201cBeing part of this community comes with a commitment to conserve and preserve the environment around us, even as we enjoy what it has to offer. Everything about this project will be in line with nature, from the roads to the designs of the homes,\u201d Superior Homes managing director Ian Henderson said.<\/p>\n

He said Lukenya Wildlife Estate will be designed to make it easy for them to integrate into the surroundings. To ensure that the architecture fits perfectly with the landscape, there will be architectural guidelines to ensure that all homes have homogeneous structural designs, so as to guarantee minimal light pollution and to have indigenous landscaping designs.<\/p>\n
