Gen. (Rtd.) Jackson W. Ndung\u2019u, James Ochieng\u2019 Oduol, and Dr Lydia Nzomo.<\/p>\n<p>Jasper M. Mbiuki and Sarah Yamo will served as joint secretaries.<\/p>\n<p>The team was to inquire into the allegations against the judge and determine his suitability.<\/p>\n\r\n                <style
