Africa-Press – Kenya. <\/strong><\/span>Kiharu MP Ndindi Nyoro has said President William Ruto does not feel threatened nor is he intimidated by the anti-government rallies Azimio chief Raila Odinga is holding across the country.<\/p>\n

Nyoro warned Raila against dividing the country during his rallies. “I want to send a very strong warning to those people holding meeting every day, thinking they are going to intimidate our commander in chief his Excellency William Ruto,” he said. He said Raila can conduct all the rallies he wants but he should not divide the people.<\/p>\n

” You can conduct all the meetings you want, lakini leo tumewaombea (but today we have prayed for you). Preach peace in those meetings, and stop dividing Kenyans because even if its the people you are threatening, those to be threatened are not there, specifically, our president does not feel threatened,” he said<\/p>\n

He said he trusts that the country is heading in the right direction with Ruto at the steering wheel. This comes the same day Raila is conducting another rally in Busia.<\/p>\n

The Busia rally is the fourth rally after Raila held another meeting in Mavoko, Machakos on Friday. Raila held other rallies in Kamukunji and Jacaranda.<\/p>\n
