The third element of the programme will target Small and Medium Enterprises.<\/div>\n<div class=\"content\" data-io-article-url=\"https:\/\/www.standardmedia.co.ke\/business\/article\/2001373077\/why-cbk-wants-no-more-delays-in-rollout-of-smes-credit-scheme\">\n\u201cThe stimulus programme will deal with this in two ways. First and Foremost, we have allocated Sh 10 billion to fast-track payment of outstanding VAT refunds and other pending payments.
