Police were leading 1-0 against the Scorpions courtesy of Sammy Oungo&#8217;s penalty goal while the students also failed to convert from the spot.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The Police match will resume from the 49th minute because there were only 11 minutes remaining. It will be the only match that day after which it will pave the way for the national team training,&#8221; Majiwa said.<\/p>\n<p>Majiwa also defended the league fixtures from recent criticism by a section of disgruntled stakeholders who termed the scheduling of matches &#8216;unfair&#8217; since some teams were yet to play a match this season.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The union has to abide by the calendar of universities.
