Africa-Press – Kenya. <\/strong><\/span>The bipartisan talks are set to continue after Azimio and Kenya Kwanza agreed on issues raised. Speaking on Wednesday at Bomas, co-chairperson of the Bipartisan Dialogue Committee Otiende Amollo said both parties tabled their issues.<\/p>\n

“We refined and settled the respective issues and we had occasioned to have them tabled. On the side Azimio and Kenya Kwanza have both tabled their issues,” he said.<\/p>\n

Earlier, a faction in Jubilee protested the party’s exclusion from the bipartisan talks and wanted the talks halted until Jubilee is represented. “We write to protest the exclusion of Jubilee Party in the proposed membership of your committee,” Kega wrote in the letter dated May 9.<\/p>\n

Kega said after Keynan stepped down after the leadership of the Azimio coalition protested his inclusion, Jubilee is not represented. However, Amollo said Jubilee is still in Azimio and should address its issues with the coalition.<\/p>\n

Kenya Kwanza had replaced Keynan with Saku MP Dado Raso (UDA) after Azimio claimed that the Eldas MP could not sit in the talks as Jubilee is a member of Azimio.<\/p>\n
