Africa-Press – Lesotho. You have to marvel at the audacity of civil servants to demand a 25 percent salary increase. Curiously, the loudest yells for more money are coming from some of the most indolent civil servants.

A teacher is the only professional who can completely damage or neglect their product (student) and still get paid. There are no personal consequences for being a terrible teacher.

Its trash in and trash out. When the results are bad, you can always blame it on the lack of resources, the curriculum and the students. As for the police, there is no point in wasting ink on them.

It takes six months of running and singing to be a police officer. There is nothing complicated about torturing suspects and demanding bribes. Most of them will faint after running for 20 metres.
