Africa-Press – Lesotho. From owning just a small shop to becoming an owner of a big store, Capita flooring Pty Ltd Chief Executive Officer (CEO) ‘Mamolemo Seloanyane is indeed proof that hard work pays.
In an interview with Informative Newspaper, the newly signed Finite Magazine Lifestyle Club partner said her journey in the business world was not an easy one however, she believes
passion and determination molded her into the thriving businesswoman people see today. Capita Flooring was established in October 2013, currently located at Tradoret building in
Maseru, supplying high quality carpets, rugs and mats. It has grown from being only a carpet shop as it has also included vynil tiles and bedding materials.
Seloanyane was influenced by a family friend residing in South Africa (SA) to start a carpet shop. “That is how Capita Flooring was born,” she added. She further noted she
did not pursue her studies further after completing high school. “I have always wanted to own a business and I have worked hard to ensure my dream becomes a
reality, I never allowed the idea of not having a degree be a barrier to achieving my dreams,” she said. Meanwhile Capita Flooring client Palesa Libuka stated
that the company is one of the leading carpets shops in the country. She said good customer care and affordable prices are made her a regular customer at the
shop. “They also provide customers with a wide range of products to choose from,” she added. Another client Thato Phofu highlighted that Capita Flooring sells beautiful quality rugs and carpets.
“Unlike other stores where you have to wait days before you can get what you want at Capita they sell readily available products and that is what I like about them,” she noted.
