Africa-Press – Lesotho. Controversial South African DJ Prince Kaybee is alleged to have swindled promoters of R15 000 after failing to attend a show he was booked for.
Local celebrity gossip blogger Musa Khawula broke the news, alleging that Prince Kaybee was booked for a show in Lesotho in which he absconded despite the booking fee being deposited into his FNB account.
In a bank statement shared on social media, the money appears to have been deposited in Prince Kaybee’s account on the 12th of April. Prince Kaybee is yet to respond to these allegations or issue a statement to clear his name.
The controversial host is not new to trending for all the wrong reasons. Prince Kaybee made headlines after a bedroom tape of him and his long-time girlfriend Zola Ayabulela Mhlongo went viral.
In the video, which has since been deemed ‘Onlyfans content’, Prince Kaybee is seen making out with Zola on the couch.
The club controller hitmaker ‘leaked’ the video at a time when he was about to release his new project, Gemini prompting many to believe that this was a strategy by Prince Kaybee to promote his new album. The long-awaited album which has 10 tracks was dropped two days back and it is receiving positive comments from the fans.
