Africa-Press – Lesotho. The and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Relations, ‘Matšepo Molise-Ramakoae, is today expected to address Basotho in diaspora, empowering them on how to be an effective Diaspora Association.
The minister’s address is part of training organized by the International Organization for Migration and the United Nations Migration Agency in Lesotho.
Diaspora experts who will train the diaspora virtually are Dr Martin Russell and Kingsley Aikins, both resident in Ireland. This is the first time that a Lesotho minister will be addressing the global Basotho Diaspora all over the world.
