Africa-Press – Lesotho. The Ministry of Law and Justice convened a meeting on Thursday to validate the proposed draft provisions of the Revised Industrial Property Order of the Kingdom of Lesotho. The session brought together stakeholders to review and provide input on the draft document, which aims to strengthen the country’s legal framework for protecting intellectual property rights and promoting innovation.
Speaking on behalf of the Minister of Law and Justice, Deputy Attorney General, Advocate Makhele Sekati said the Government of Lesotho has reaffirmed its commitment to modernizing the country’s Industrial Property legislation to create a dynamic environment that supports innovation and entrepreneurship.
