Africa-Press – Lesotho. Religious groups are holding a fundraiser with the aim of raising funds to help rebuild their circle after being hit by the Corona virus. The ceremony took place on Sunday when four religious music groups met.
According to the ‘Red Cloud’ rescue team, Ms. Malerato Lebajoa, the main purpose of holding the event was to raise funds to help the groups return to the music scene. He said the groups that took part in the event were the Cloud of Redemption, Lovers of Peace, Love of Religion and the Redeemed of the Lord.
In an interview with The Voice of the Nation, Treasurer of the King’s Librarians’ Lady Ms Malintja Makhonofane explained that their group was also severely affected by the Corona epidemic as this year they were unable to remove even a single tablet as it was difficult.

Concluding, the Chairperson of the Religious Love Group, Ms Lerato Lebusa, said the event was to honor the Lord God as He sustained them and gave them life even in these difficult life situations, as they had taken they have not been together for a long time in the process of praising God.
Lebusa said they were uplifting their music even in these difficult circumstances, adding that it helped to develop people’s emotions as stress has also increased in recent days.
