Africa-Press – Lesotho. <\/strong><\/span>The and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Relations, \u2018Mat\u0161epo Molise-Ramakoae, is today expected to address Basotho in diaspora, empowering them on how to be an effective Diaspora Association.<\/p>\n

The minister\u2019s address is part of training organized by the International Organization for Migration and the United Nations Migration Agency in Lesotho.<\/p>\n

Diaspora experts who will train the diaspora virtually are Dr Martin Russell and Kingsley Aikins, both resident in Ireland. This is the first time that a Lesotho minister will be addressing the global Basotho Diaspora all over the world.<\/p>\n
