Africa-Press – Lesotho. <\/strong><\/span>T\u0161epe Sethuoamajoe, a local entertainment group will soon release a short film named \u2018Mokhosi\u2019, which features talented, new faces in the show business.<\/p>\n

The film follows one series trailer by Snei Makhalanyane, popularly known as Sneiman last year on the 07 November, which was called \u2018Pale ea bophelo ba Sneiman\u2019.<\/p>\n

Sneiman is an active member of the group and \u2018Mokhosi\u2019 will be the second film under T\u0161epe Sethuoamajoe productions. T\u0161epe Sethuoamajoe entertainment group Co-producer and Casting Manager Karabelo Ntooane indicated that \u201c\u2018Mokhosi\u2019 (cry for help) is a movie about<\/p>\n

a young Mosotho woman who worked as a domestic woker in Gauteng Johannesburg, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic her boss was retrenched and therefore could nolonger<\/p>\n

afford to pay her salary, and was forced to move back home. Since the borders were closed and she exceeded her days to stay in South Africa (SA) she resorted to illegal crossings at the river,<\/p>\n

seeking help from smugglers. This is where things turned sour when she did not have money to pay the smugglers thus fighting for survival begins. \u201d Ntooane revealed that the message<\/p>\n

they are trying to portray with the movie is that people should be conscious of the existance of Coronavirus and its imposed complications to the daily<\/p>\n

interactions. She urged people not to break the law by travelling long distances and crossing at the illegal borders to avoid unnecessary infections and attacks.<\/p>\n

She said the film encourages the public to loyally follow COVID-19 safety protocols to curb the increase in the infections, which can be avoided. Additionally, Ntooane highlighted<\/p>\n

on their journey with the film, saying the first trailer was released by Sneiman and their hero is a new girl in the industry, Mamello Mokhobatau, \u201cshe<\/p>\n

had never acted before but throughout training, she came out to be really driven with a great potential. Since T\u0161epe Sethuoamajoe entertainment group believes<\/p>\n

in unearthing the hidden talent, we decided to work with her and grow together because that\u2019s what we do, we find people and groom them,\u201d she clarified.<\/p>\n

Ntooane reviewed that Sneiman\u2019s trailer portrayed a Mosotho man who was involved in illegal business in SA, \u201che escapes to Lesotho after double crossing his partners in business.<\/p>\n

He finds a safe house in a rural place where he builds his life and try by all means to stay out of trouble not knowing that his friends have found his hideout and are behind him.<\/p>\n

\u2018Mokhosi\u2019 is anticipated to be released towards the end of this month.<\/p>\n
