Africa-Press – Lesotho. <\/strong><\/span>The National University of Lesotho (NUL) students have launched the first season of their \u2018Expose\u2019 documentary which aims to exposes the life students live while at Roma and also unveil what should be expected when one enrolls or pays a visit to the NUL campus.<\/p>\n

The four season\u2019s documentary with eight episodes per season will be broadcasted on Lesotho Television (LTV) every Thursday and will also be available on digital platforms such as Facebook and Youtube.<\/p>\n

In an interview with Informative Arts&Lifestyle, a Computer Science NUL graduate Amohelang Thoabala \u2013 who has worked effortlessly to make the documentary \u2013 said the series evolved to multiple seasons upon the realization that there are many inspiring stories around the campus that needs to be told through the lens of a camera.<\/p>\n

He further stated that their initial plan was to start an entertainment company that will help Theatre students to hone their acting skills and be better actors after completing their studies.<\/p>\n

\u201cHowever we ended up doing this documentary which still serves the purpose of our mission which is affording an opportunity to NUL Theatre students to feel and understand the real world of acting,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

Eventhough the series will target all groups of people Thoabala said it will be most significant to people who are about to complete their high school education and want to further their studies at NUL.<\/p>\n

\u201cThrough the series, they will know what to expect when they arrive on campus, parents will have an idea of all that NUL comprises of before permitting their children to enroll with the university,\u201d he charged.<\/p>\n

Thoabala explained that the series portrays life of NUL students in general, relationships they have amongst themselves, the impact they will have on their studies and friendships as well as how they start.<\/p>\n

He specified that their biggest dream is to see their movie play on South African (SA) televisions. Also, he hoped it will have a very positive impact on high school students, inspire them to learn at NUL and equip them with knowledge on what to expect once they join the university.<\/p>\n

The documentary was made a success through a close collaboration of Amohelang Thoabala, Bahlakoana Chokocha and Thejane Thejane. \u201cWe worked effortlessly to ensure that it reaches completion and serve its purpose,\u201d Thoalane added.<\/p>\n
