Africa-Press – Lesotho. <\/strong><\/span>The youth of Koro-koro, Mokema have teamed up to form a fund by filtering out \u2018juice\u2019 and blue avocado to produce food and cosmetics, in order to overcome the need for jobs.<\/p>\n

This was stated by Mokema’s youth representative, Thato Pheko in an interview with the Voice of the People newspaper. He said they started the operation in December last year with the aim of connecting unemployed youth to improve their lives.<\/p>\n

Pheko explained that the fund is available at the Koro-Koro health center building, Mokema Koti-Sephola and accommodates 18 to 35 year olds. learn some of the things and combine tips to grow a business.<\/p>\n

To address the financial crisis and grow the fund, Pheko explained that they plan to create a fundraiser from September this year that will help them with a comprehensive plan in which they will seek donations from donors.<\/p>\n

We plan to work hard this year to increase our production, \u201dPheko said. \u201cWe are now two weeks old and are back in business after a break from the Corona virus epidemic.<\/p>\n

The new products we have been launching for a while are sweets made with \u2018morobei,\u2018 buttermilk \u2019and milk and we are currently continuing to learn as we intend to produce more.<\/p>\n

Remedies show that these products are very good for the health, especially the skin, as it cleanses the skin, improves vision and contains many of the nutrients needed by the body.<\/p>\n

In addition, the Minister of Justice and Correctional Services, Professor Nqosa Mahao, a native of Mokema, speaking at a water supply launch event hosted by the Ministry of Water Affairs, Koro-Kore, encouraged the youth with to establish this fund and to promote their products.<\/p>\n

In his address, Mahao explained that the youth facilities were built with the help of the Mokema community with the aim of being used in the health services area but are now not used for many activities such as community development including this one.<\/p>\n

to improve the lives of young people. He went on to point out that the fund’s mission is to help the community remove young people from street ports, and to train them to work with locally available products. Mahao also pointed out that the fund is intended to encourage and enlighten young people so that they can become self-reliant.<\/p>\n

\u201cFor young people to thrive, not to be employed by the government or the private sector, they can earn a living by working together by combining their various skills to create jobs with other valuable resources available within the villages where they live, \u201dMahao said.<\/p>\n
