Africa-Press – Lesotho. <\/strong><\/span>A young Mosotho man named Katleho Ntobo has recently released a book, Secrets of a Recovering Addict which fearlessly tackles issues around alcohol and drug abuse.<\/p>\n

In an interview with Informative Arts&Lifestyle, Ntobo who is a Recovering Addict and Second Chances Addiction Recovery Blogger indicated that he wrote this book from his own and other people\u2019s addiction and<\/p>\n

recovery experiences. He also revealed that due to the absence a rehabilitation facility in the country, he realized a gap and a need for something to help addicts thus he came up with an emblem of<\/p>\n

recovery measures that have so far helped other addicts. \u201cThis book gives an outline of strategies of recovery that one can employ to abstain completely from alcohol and drugs and<\/p>\n

live a happy and free life. We often start drinking alcohol and using drugs as a temporary means of escape from the harsh realities of the world, however as<\/p>\n

time progresses, the tables turn, what used to be a time for fun and companionship develops into a time for suffering, sorrow and distress. Instead of fun, we get heartbreaks, empty pockets, broken families, degrading health,<\/p>\n

jail time and debts. An alcoholic addict will then wish to quit but fail at every attempt,\u201d he highlighted. Khubetsoana based Ntobo said he has successfully abstained from alcohol and drug abuse for<\/p>\n

years after long periods of unhappiness and struggles. He disclosed; \u201cI know exactly what addicts might be going through, I\u2019ve been there. I have successfully helped countless men and women achieve sobriety and freedom from<\/p>\n

drugs. The recovery ideas given and methods given in this book are simple and cost free. One will recover if they are willing to exercise them with discipline and patience while keeping an open mind. An addict will also never regret picking this book.\u201d<\/p>\n
