” Sechaba reports when he was told by the grandmother’s granddaughter that the ‘killer had demanded money’ and appeared to be dissatisfied with what he had been given, at which point he beat the grandmother and stabbed her.<\/p>\n

A resident of Ha-Ralebona, Ms \u2018Malebohang Lettshoala pointed out that the incident had a profound effect on the mind of the child and the disabled grandmother whom the deceased\u2018 Mamahasela \u2019was living on because she had not yet received a pension for the elderly.<\/p>\n

He said the deceased was living in persecution because his house had just been repaired after the fire. He said they were appealing for the presence of police in the area so that the community would not take the law into their own hands.<\/p>\n

“Even though the river is full of children, they are unable to go to school due to the need for pedestrian bridges, which is a bad road, and this also makes car fares very high,” he concluded.<\/p>\n

He explained that the biggest challenge was that the public was reluctant to report the matter to the police as the police kept the culprits at bay. He said services should be closer to reduce the crime rate.<\/p>\n

“Matelile police will be provided with vehicles to speed up operations as it has been identified that there is a shortage of vehicles.<\/p>\n

” He also promised that the government would pave the way for them, building pedestrian bridges that would help children when the rivers were full.<\/p>\n

“In order to solve the problem of high crime in the country, the government will respond to the urgent need for the police by providing 40 vehicles soon to meet the list of 170 vehicles that the police need in the country. in general, \u201dthe mayor said.<\/p>\n

According to his study, the Prime Minister indicated that the killings and assaults of the elderly were a nightmare, that he had visited Mokhotlong district, and had left to ensure that the Mokhotlong army was dealing with animal theft in the district.<\/p>\n
