{"id":14530,"date":"2022-05-16T10:15:41","date_gmt":"2022-05-16T10:15:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/lesotho\/all-news\/che-capacitates-education-experts"},"modified":"2022-05-16T11:02:42","modified_gmt":"2022-05-16T11:02:42","slug":"che-capacitates-education-experts","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/lesotho\/all-news\/che-capacitates-education-experts","title":{"rendered":"CHE capacitates education experts"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600\"><strong>Africa-Press &#8211; Lesotho. <\/strong><\/span>The national Council on High Education (CHE) has embarked on a course to capacitate experts in various teaching fields to appropriately implement Lesotho\u2019s qualifications frame work.<\/p>\n<p>CHE Director-Policy and Strategy Formation, Motlalepula Khobotlo, said this is being done to ensure their readiness and to evaluate qualifications in different fields.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Council aims to promote quality in higher education in Lesotho and ensures that all institutions of higher learning in the country adhere to set standards and produce high calibre graduates who can contribute positively towards socio-economic development of the country,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>It is part of CHE mandate to publish information on developments in higher education on a regular basis, he said.
