Africa-Press – Lesotho. <\/strong><\/span>The Ambassadors of Serbia and Singapore to Lesotho, Mr. Goran Vujicic and Mr. Zainal Arif Mantaha paid a courtesy call to the Prime Minister, Mr. Samuel Ntsokoane Matekane at the State House on Thursday. Addressing the media, the Minister of foreign affairs and International Relations, Mr.<\/p>\n

Lejone Mpotjoane said the presence of the two ambassadors in the country was to strengthen the bilateral relations between their countries and Lesotho to bring improvements in the sectors of agriculture and education.<\/p>\n

Mr. Mpotjoane said Serbia is the most developed country in terms of agriculture, saying Siberia has experience in agriculture value change thus machinery, seed production and growing of the crops.<\/p>\n

He said they have agreed to work together to ensure that both countries\u2019 merchants will work together in agriculture to boost agriculture productivity in Lesotho. On the other hand, during his farewell courtesy call to the Prime Minister Rwanda\u2019s ambassador to Lesotho, Mr.<\/p>\n

Eugene Segore Kayihura said the positive impact has been achieved in regard to Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), improvising business sectors as well as broadening knowledge in how to maintain a clean Lesotho. Mr.<\/p>\n

Kayihura noted that the Prime Minister will soon visit Rwanda in order to sign another memorandum of understanding (MoU) in different sectors, saying the two countries will sign a General Cooperation Agreement before the end of July 2023.<\/p>\n

He said they hope that during the Prime Minister\u2019s visit to Rwanda, all the pending cooperation agreements will be signed. Siberia, Singapore and Rwanda ambassadors also paid a courtesy call with His Majesty King Letsie III and the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Relations Mr. Lejone Mpotjoane.<\/p>\n
