Africa-Press<\/a> – Lesotho<\/a>. <\/strong><\/span>Lesotho Cricket Association (LCA) yesterday received a car sponsorship from Auto Group Motor Dealer at the Lesotho Sport and Recreation Commission (LSRC) offices.<\/p>\n

The Nissan Note worth M37, 000 was handed over to LCA by Auto Group Manager \u2013 Setsomi Mathealira, who indicated that the car should be used for the association\u2019s operations and logistics.<\/p>\n

\u201cLCA had been asking for this sponsorship for quite a while now, and we decided to come to the party to give out this car<\/p>\n

to help them perform their daily activities and events,\u201d Mathealira said. \u201cWe would like to make a plea that this car is used only for such activities, and<\/p>\n

nothing else. \u201d When accepting the vehicle sponsorship, LCA president Sebajoa Sebajoa welcomed the sponsor by expressing his gratitude, noting that the gift marked a historic era in the existence of<\/p>\n

his association, which is preparing to launch phase 1 of establishing hubs throughout the country. \u201cThis gift comes at an opportune moment when we\u2019ve started a model of excellence where we\u2019re creating 5 hubs in the<\/p>\n

districts of Leribe, Berea, Maseru and Mohale\u2019s Hoek,\u201d Sebajoa said, insisting that the car is going to help a lot in the monitoring and evaluation of<\/p>\n

activities in the established hubs. \u201c\u2026we\u2019ve had challenges of going outside the towns of the Mountain Kingdom, but with the existence of this present, we\u2019re now confident and conversant that our outreach programme will be<\/p>\n

effective and efficient. To Auto Group \u2013 our sponsor, I\u2019d like to guarantee today at this moment that this car is going to be used for what we (in cricket)<\/p>\n
